Dr. Oommen Abraham is the founder and president of Encourager Ministries of India. He afilliated with COTR Houston (Church On The Rock Houston) on Febuary of 1992 and in June of that year was ordained here in the USA by COTR Houston.

His ministry has had a great burat of growth in the past 15 years... this short video shows a small fraction of what his ministy team is doing. They have planted 4 churches in the New Delhi area... with over 120 churches in the region throughout Asia. They have an orphanage with over70 children... and a Bible College with over 150 students graduated!
